Team Adventure projected finish:

Team Adventure, Entertainment Extreme - level with the Cape Verde Islands
Wind on the nose still, very little sleep for the team from the constant pounding and vigilance required.

Warta Polpharma projected finish:

Those Fabulous Poles - in the northern hemisphere
Warta-Polpharma has passed the equator. Warta Polpharma has slowed as they approach the Doldrums. They will shortly be in the same headwinds as Team Adventure. They have gained another 100 miles on Team Adventure.

The northeast trade winds may force them to beat to windward at least as far as the Canaries, possibly all the way to Gibraltar.

Team Legato projected finish:

Team Legato - 'the Survivor's' - from Argentina to Brasil
Team Legato should shortly be out of the light winds, and into 25 knot Easterlies. Then they will be on the south-east Trades expressway all the way up the coast of Brasil to the Equator.

Paul Larson: "We have suddenly found a corridor of wind and are batting along at 22knots in flat water. Where the wind has come from, we don't know, and right now we don't really care. All that matters is that we are on course and going for it."

Team Legato must finish in 18 days - before 20:56 GMT on Monday 2 April. She has covered 286 miles in the last 24 hours, below the 322 miles needed daily, but better than yesterday.

As of today they are down to 110 miles advantage over the deadline.
