ISAF also agreed to delay the implementation of RRS 40.2 the quick release trapeze harness. Originally the rule was to take effect on 1st January 2006, it appears now it will come into effect in 2009 which coincides with the new ISAF rule book. ISAF will send out more information educational material and when this becomes available it will go on the IHCA web site.
