Good Things to Know

Showers, Bathrooms

• There are hot showers, bathrooms and changing rooms in the Drysail building that is near the beach
• There are hot showers, bathrooms and changing rooms in the main clubhouse

Launching Catamarans

• Dollies - EYC provides dollies/cat trax for the members, you do not need to bring your own as you can use club cat trax and dollies. We request that you treat them graciously.
• Launching facilities - boats are launched from a small beach.

Trailers, Vehicles and the Fire Route

• Trailer parking is by the south east fence. They must be snugged up to the fence. The complete south fence is to be used, we request that you move trailers to the south east side.
• Vehicle parking is snugged in by the south fence, and accross from the trailers by the south east fence.

It is imperative that a fire route is available for fire trucks and ambulances in the event of any emergency.

Boat Amenities

• Water hoses are available to wash boats - locations are by the beach and on the south side of the drysail building.

 Recycling - This event is a green event

We have facilities to collect recyclables, please put all glass/plastic/paper in the big bin by the beach. When you open it up you'll see recyclables on the right and garbage on the left. Please love the wonderful environment that gives us such joy and pleasure. :)

125 The Queensway, Etobicoke. Exit the club and follow the road to Lakeshore. Turn right on Lakeshore then left on Park Lawn (first lights). Turn right on Queensway (3rd set of lights). At the next lights, turn right into the parking lot. It's a 5 minute drive.

Nearest marine store - Fogh Marine

91 Oxford St, Etobicoke. Exit the club and follow the road to Lakeshore. Turn right on Lakeshore then left on Park Lawn (first lights). Turn left onto the ramp for the Gardiner Expressway at the 2nd set of lights. Stay in the right lane, as you'll exit at the first street, Islington. Take the Islington South ramp (there are 2 ramps). When you come out of the ramp you're going to do a big circle to get to the south side of the highway. You can see Fogh Marine with the big blue signs.

Turn right from the ramp onto Queensway, turn right on Islington (drive over the Gardiner Expressway). Turn right on Evans Avenue, turn right on Eastwick, then turn right on Oxford.
